Last survey was carried out in 2012 and is available for review.
Survey determined hull has no signs of deterioration or blisters and was in good condition with no antifouling qualities.
Survey also found the struts, rudders and propellors all in good condition. It also found trim tabs secure and strut bearings and propnuts tight.
Only a few hundred hours have been clocked since this survey was completed.
Meticulously maintained by owner. Dry docked every year between April and May. Last dry dock was at the end of May, 2015. Bottom and zincs are maintained monthly by a professional bottom cleaning company.
Excellent condition throughout with a few scuffs on deck from normal use of a boat this age. Interior is beautiful. Carpets and cushion covers in very nice condition. Galley and head/shower room have been well taken care of and are very clean.
Hull and forward deck are very nice.
Cushions on flybridge seating are a bit scuffed from general usage but still in very good condition.
Flybridge Stidd helm chair has a lifetime warranty. Seller has brand new cushions still in the box waiting for the new owner.
This beauty does not look or feel 20 years old!
